With over 20 years of coaching experience with well-known companies and at the top level, I know all details of successful coaching. As a leader I have led teams of 130 employees and therefore know all the challenges that a responsible leadership role entails. Together we develop solutions that are tailored to your needs. In a free intro meeting we clarify the coaching topics, the goals, the process, the scope and the costs.

We work out the right solutions for you step by step.
